The research and idea behind it all I have dedicated the past 2 years to researching problems faced by today’s teens, from victims of bullying, bullies themselves, teens who disengaged from schools, to those teens who feel that immense pressure to conform and perform to a certain standard. These teens have allowed me to enter their complex and vulnerable worlds in order to gain a clearer understanding of the foundations from which these issues stem. In collaboration with teens and by combining my own experience and knowledge I have been able to design a powerful coaching game. This tool uses a reward based system to nourish and nurture these young vulnerable minds ensuring that they can become the best version of themselves. This new motivational tool teaches teens how to live their best lives by coaching them through every day problems, supporting them to set and finish goals and training them in different positive thinking techniques. Teens are rewarded for their participation in the app. This app will support teens to navigate their way through teen life successfully ensuring that they align with the best version of themselves now and in the future. The program is an innovative approach to Teen development taking teens on a journey of self discovery and capability. Teens will understand how to set powerful goals and how to deal with the challenges encountered on the journey to achieving their goals. This means that teens not only reach their goals successfully but they develop inner tools and strength along the way. Teens are taught how to deal with and approach life in a way that is healthy and beneficial to their mental, emotional, spiritual and physical well-being.
