Galleri Würth stiller ut ut kunst fra Sammlung Würth, en av Europas største private kunstsamlinger. Galleriet er ett av 15 visningssteder for Sammlung Würth som alle viser utvalg av samlingen gjennom ulike utstillingskonsepter. Vi ligger i tilknytning til Würth Norges hovedkontor på Gjelleråsen,
Samlingen er bygget opp fra begynnelsen av 1970-tallet og består av over 20 000 kunstverk. Hovedvekten av verkene er fra slutten av 1800-tallet og frem til i dag, den omfatter også en betydelig samling av viktig middelalderkunst. Sammlung Würth består i stor grad av europeisk og amerikansk maleri, tegning, grafikk og skulptur.
Galleri Würth ble etablert i 2003 og ligger i en arkitektonisk perle tegnet av det Oslo-baserte arkitektbyraet Dyrø & Moen Arkitekter
Åpningsutstillingen viste verk av Pablo Picasso og samlingen huser verk av kunstnere som Andy Warhol, Max Ernst, Sheila Girling, Edvard Munch, David Hockney, Freidenreich Hundertwasser, Hans Holbein og Xenia Hausner.
Vi har et mangfoldig sideprogram med blant annet foredrag, workshops, kurs, operakvelder og omvisninger. I tillegg har vi en liten kafé og en galleributikk med bokhandel. I galleributikken får man kjøpt kvalitetsprodukter fra blant annet Røros Tweed, Lakrids by Bülow, Studio Roof og en rekke gaveartikler for barn og voksne.
