GASEROP is een creatieve restaurantgroep gevestigd in Amsterdam, waar gastronomie en beleving hand in hand gaan. Het begon allemaal in 2012, toen Michiel van der Eerde het eerste pop-uprestaurant BAUT opende aan de WiBAUTstraat. Sindsdien hebben we niet stilgezeten.
Wat doen we?
• Bar BAUT en BAUT Oost zijn onze vaste locaties, waar je altijd kunt rekenen op verrassende gerechten en een gezellige sfeer.
• In de Johan Cruijff ArenA, onder de noemer The House of Legends en SkyLounge, verzorgen wij culinaire diners tijdens evenementen.
• BAUT Backstage is onze plek in de Ziggo Dome, waar eten en entertainment samenkomen.
• We nemen je mee naar unieke evenementen zoals het Winterparadijs en Zomerterras, waar we met onze passende creaties schitteren op locatie. Maar ook thuis bij BAUT houden we het spannend met eigen events, zoals het altijd gezellige Oesterfest bijvoorbeeld.
• Private dining? Op locatie of in één van onze restaurants – we maken er altijd iets bijzonders van.
• En… we zijn altijd bezig met nieuwe ideeën en concepten. Je wilt toch ook de beste zijn?
