Outreach Programs: Teams identify and assist those in need, providing support and connecting them with long-term services. Rehabilitation and Counseling: Mental health counseling, substance abuse treatment, and rehabilitation services to help individuals overcome challenges. Job Training and Employment Assistance: Programs to help individuals transition from the streets to stable employment. Advocacy and Awareness: Raising public awareness and advocating for policy changes to protect and support vulnerable populations.
