After completing the first project, Green Beverly Hills - consisting of 368 condominiums and 31 bungalows in 2010, GD Holdings acquired 50 acres in Putra Nilai (formerly known as Bandar Baru Nilai) and renamed it Nilai Vision City.

Youth City is the first phase of the 50-acre freehold mixed-use Vision City. In addition to serviced apartments, Youth City will feature a retail component and a clubhouse on a 7.88-acre tract.
Nilai Vision City is strategically located bordering Selangor, close to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), KLIA2, Cyberjaya and Putrajaya, and is accessible via the North-South Expressway, Elite Expressway and Lebuhraya Kajang-Seremban (Lekas) with surrounding commercial centres such as AEON Mall, Lotus Hypermarket, Nilai 3 Wholesale Centre, Nilai Square, Giant Hypermarket, Mesamall, and Nilai Springs Golf Course.
