Ο Μανώλης Σφακιανάκης, Αντιστράτηγος ε.α της Ελληνικής Αστυνομίας και δημιουργός της υπηρεσίας Δίωξης Ηλεκτρονικού Εγκλήματος και ο Ιωάννης Μακρυπούλιας, Μηχανικός Η/Υ και πληροφορικής, εξειδικευμένος σε θέματα ασφάλειας πληροφοριακών συστημάτων και πρώην αξιωματικός της υπηρεσίας Δίωξης Ηλεκτρονικού Εγκλήματος συνεργάστηκαν με κοινό όραμα να ιδρύσουν μία εταιρεία, κύριος στόχος της οποίας είναι να αποτελέσει τον ιδανικότερο συνεργάτη για εταιρείες, οργανισμούς, αλλά και φυσικά πρόσωπα που αναζητούν συμβουλές και λύσεις τεχνικού, εκπαιδευτικού, στρατηγικού και οργανωτικού χαρακτήρα σε θέματα πληροφορικής και ασφάλειας πληροφοριακών συστημάτων.
