Kısacası öğrencilerin birliğini etkin bir güce dönüştüren bir mekanizmadır "Gücümüz örgütlülüğümüzdür" ilkesiyle hareket eden İnşaat Mühendisleri Odası,genç-İMO Örgütlülüğüne, ülkesine ve geleceğine sahip çıkan inşaat mühendisliği öğrencilerini davet etmekte ve yönetmelikte tariflenen genç-İMO örgütlülüğü birimlerinde görev almaya çağırmaktadır.
