Genel Destek OSGB, 2013 yılı Haziran ayında, “Genel Destek Ortak Sağlık ve Güvenlik Birimi ve İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi” ünvanı ile kurulmuştur.
Kurucuları, yaklaşık 20 yıldır üretim ve hizmet sektörlerinde çalışmış, aynı zamanda yönetim sistemleri (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 vb.) başdenetçileri ve bakanlıktan sertifikalı iş güvenliği uzmanlarıdır.
Genel Destek OSGB, kurum ve kuruluşların iş güvenliği uzmanı, işyeri hekimi ve sağlık personeli ihtiyaçlarını birlikte veya talep halinde ayrı ayrı karşılamak için kurulmuş ve çalışmalarını sürdürmektedir. Bünyesinde, bakanlıktan sertifikalı, iş güvenliği uzmanları ve yine bakanlıktan sertifikalı iş yeri hekimleri görev yapmaktadır.
