Toll Spray Drying Services
General Spray has been providing spray drying services to customers across numerous industries for almost 50 years. We are now one of the largest toll spray drying companies in the United States, processing over one million pounds of material each year. We operate two production dryers: a 20-foot diameter APV Anhydro conical unit and a 16-foot diameter APV Anhydro flat bottom unit. An 8-foot Niro conical unit will be installed in 2019 for small production and pilot runs.
General Spray has extensive experience with ceramics, glass, powder metals, catalysts, mold powders, and inert chemicals, to name a few. We have also processed many other materials over the years so please check with us on your product needs.
General Spray provides an end-to-end contract spray drying solution for our customers. From receiving your materials to milling, batching, drying, cooling, blending, repackaging, and shipping, we have all of your requirements covered. We are well known in the industry for two things: Our commitment to quality and our ability to meet your scheduling needs.
