Unser Projekt will Jung und Alt, Einzelpersonen, Familien und Gruppen ein attraktives Zuhause in einer nachhaltigen, generationengemischten Siedlung anbieten. Unser autofreies Konzept orientiert sich am Modell der "2000-Watt-Gesellschaft" (dies ist ein energiepolitisches Modell, das im Rahmen des Programms Novatlantis an der Eidgenössischen Technischen Hochschule Zürich (ETHZ) entwickelt wurde. Gemäß dieser Vision sollte der Energiebedarf jedes Erdenbewohners einer durchschnittlichen Leistung von 2000 Watt auf Stufe Primärenergie entsprechen) . Wir wollen einen sorgsamen Umgang mit unseren Ressourcen im Sinne der Kreislaufwirtschaft pflegen: Was wenig bringt und die Kosten verteuert, wird weggelassen. Durch die Reduktion auf das Wesentliche wird der Blick frei für Werte, die in unserer gewinnorientierten Zeit immer stärker in den Hintergrund gerückt sind: Soziale Geborgenheit, Solidarität, Mitwirkung.
