Gentle Shepherd Care can gradually increase levels of care and expertise, starting with 4-hours of simple household management and moving up to 24-hour, nurse-supervised in-home care. We provide:

Unlike other Home Care agencies, Gentle Shepherd Care also offers Eldercare Management, which eases family’s administrative burden around care giving by setting appointments, following up with doctors and pharmacists, ordering supplies, and ensuring medical recommendations are conveyed to your health care team.
Gentle Shepherd Care also distinguishes itself through Lifecare Planning, a nurse-administered assessment of an older adult’s health, mobility, living environment, cognition and family resources. From this assessment, our team develops a detailed lifecare plan that anticipates future needs and outlines how you can live out your desires for how you age.
