Geweldig Rotterdam staat achter alle jonge Rotterdammers en staat op tegen de verleidingen van de straat. In samenwerking met vele partners geven we jongeren de kans om zich op een positieve manier te ontwikkelen.
Geweldig Rotterdam is in 2021 gestart als reactie op het groeiende bezit en gebruik van messen onder minderjarigen. Onze missie nu is het investeren in een veilige stad voor de toekomst. Dit doen we door middel van positieve aandacht en talentontwikkeling. Een grote stad als Rotterdam kent helaas ook verleidingen om het verkeerde pad op te gaan. Daarom besteden we aandacht aan andere thema’s waar jongeren mee te maken hebben, zoals straatcultuur, de schaduwkant van social media en jeugdcriminaliteit. Met een lesprogramma op scholen, Meet & Greets met rolmodellen uit de stad en met andere evenementen helpen we jongeren om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
