2018년 소모임 20명을 시작한 기업문화를 고민하는 장이라는 모임이,
최근 회원수 2000명을 돌파하며, 다양한 업계에서 종사하시는 훌륭하신 HR담당자분들 덕분에 네트워킹의 힘이 더 강해지고 있는 것 같습니다!
2018년에는 HR업계의 담당자들과 함께 현업의 고민을 나누고 문제를 풀어나갈 수 있는 다양한 방법을 진정성 있게 찾아보던 것에서 부터 시작하여
현재는, 대한민국의 가장 역량있고 뛰어나신 HRer들이 함께고민하고 성장하는 커뮤니티로 성장하는 데에는 5가지 커뮤니티 운영방법에 있는 것 같습니다:)
첫째, 실명카톡방(양질의 인사이트 및 자료 공유와 실시간 질의응답이 가능)이 활성화 되어 있습니다.
둘째, 다양한 형태(네트워킹파티, 세미나, 스터디, 웨비나 등)로 다채로운 컨셉으로 모임이 진행됩니다.
셋째, 다양한 규모(전체모임, 소모임, 커피챗 등)로 참여자의 구체적인 니즈를 반영하여 모임이 진행됩니다.
넷째, 다양한 관심사(지역별, 취미별, 직무별, 연차별 등)로 세션별 강점을 특화하여 모임이 진행됩니다.
다섯째, 다양한 레퍼런스(업계현황, 신규서비스런칭, 서비스이용후기 등)와 데이터를 정기적으로 공유합니다.
아직 부족한 부분들도 많지만 23년 하반기에는 좀더 많은 오프라인 세션 및 온라인채널(링크드인, 홈페이지 등)을 강화하여
기고만장 회원분들이 뭉치면 힘이되는 집단지성과 네트워킹의 힘을 더 느끼실 수 있는 HR커뮤니티로 성장해나갈려고 합니다!
