Unsere Wurzeln sind in Nola, einem kleinen Dorf bei Neapel. Seit 1967 sind wir in Berlin. immer in Reinickendorf. Bis heute.
Wir können Pizza. Neapolitanische Pizza. Zuerst im Ristorante Giannini und dann auch bei der Fußball-WM 2006 auf dem Berliner Breitscheidplatz für tausende Fans. Unsere Pizzen waren, so die Kritiker, „für viele die Besten“.
Mit diesem Rückenwind starteten wir im Sommer 2007 auf 100 m2 die Manufaktur GiaPizza.
Klassiker & BIO. Wir versprechen und liefern neapolitanische Pizzatradition: mit den richtigen und einzigartigen Zutaten, mit Geheimnissen der Pizza-Kunst aus Nola, das Ganze unterstützt von norditalienischen Maschinen, die pro Stunde 6.000 Teiglinge und 2.500 Pizzen in ausgezeichneter Qualität fertigstellen können. Dazu haben wir uns 2015 auf 900 m2 vergrößert und 1,4 Mio. Euro investiert. Unsere BIO-zertifizierten Produkte werden bald 40 Prozent unseres Umsatzes erwirtschaften. Auch das tun wir mit ganzer Leidenschaft.
