GigLoft is a new kind of school for aspiring freelancers. We work with ambitious creatives who want freedom and control over their lives, and we do three things for them:
1) We teach them the ins and outs of freelancing—the “beaten path” that isn’t always obvious, no matter how many Udemy courses you take.
2) We introduce them to experienced mentors, industry experts across many trades and verticals, who generously donate their time and head space to our students. In exchange, mentors get the satisfaction of giving back, and the ability to “form” the very freelancers they would be interested in working with.
3) And finally, we give students access to our partner brands’ blogs, where their own thought leadership can be published for all to see. We encourage students to follow up with partners and form ongoing relationships. And we make it super simple for partners to hire our students if they want more of the same!
