Le GIPSE (Groupement d’Intérêt Public Santé Éducation) est un établissement public autonome, fondé en 2013. Le CHU de Toulouse, l’Oncopole Claudius Regaud et le CH de Montauban sont les membres fondateurs du GIPSE et 40 établissements de santé publics et privés sont adhérents au GIPSE.
Le GIPSE intervient dans le champ de la formation professionnelle en proposant aux salariés/agents d’établissements de santé publics et privés (adhérents ou non adhérents) ou à des professionnels de santé libéraux, des formations dans le champ sanitaire, médico-social ou social.
Ces formations sont réalisées sur le mode présentiel à Toulouse au sein du PREFMS (Pôle Régional d'Enseignement et de Formation aux Métiers de la Santé) mais aussi sur l’ensemble du territoire français.
Le GIPSE propose aussi des formations en e-learning à partir de la plateforme d'apprentissage moodle.
Le GIPSE organise également des journées évènements sur différentes thématiques en partenariat par exemple avec le CPias (Centre d'appui pour la Prévention des infections associées aux soins), avec l’ARS Occitanie (Agence Régionale de Santé) ou encore avec des associations d’usagers ou de professionnels de santé.
Le GIPSE est certifié Qualiopi (Marque de certification qualité des prestataires de formation) et propose des formations qui répondent aux exigences réglementaires de l’ANDPC (Agence Nationale du Développement Professionnel Continu).
