To succeed, your project will go through several phases
> STAGE 1 - PREPARE
- Create a common understanding of the Purpose of the Project
The aim of this stage is to clarify the purpose, the optimal problem/solution fit, and which features and functions to include.
We collaborate to create a value proposition that addresses the right challenge, for the right audience, with the right outcome.
a. Gather and Evaluate Knowledge and Insights - Customer journey and competitors
b. Set Project Scope (cost/price/forecast ...)
c. Set Project Time plan
d. Create Design Brief
> STAGE 2 - EXPLORE
- Start exploring ideas from different perspectives
During this phase, I develop concepts so that we can apprehend and start seeing the Project Objective.
a. Create and Visualize ideas
b. Develop Concepts & Test them
c. Select Concepts
d. Plan Project in details
> STAGE 3 - CREATE
- Turn thoughts and ideas into Product
At this point, the goal is to verify the concepts and transform them into Tangible Product.
a. Prototype & Test the Designed Product
b. Design FMEA
c. Finalise Technical Pack (3D, 2D Drawings, BOM, ...)
> STAGE 4 - DEVELOP
- Finalise the Product Construction
Finally, with your last feedbacks, the manufacturing-ready solutions are delivered.
a. Develop Construction, Specifications, and Product sample
b. Verify and Analyse risks
c. Optimise Design
