Global environmental justice observatory email format

The purpose of the observatory is to support research and education in the interface of the environment, social justice and human rights. It has three key components: a student-edited peer-reviewed journal, Global Environmental Justice; a podcast, entitled Liminal Spaces, featuring interviews with distinguished scholars and practitioners from around the world; and educational resources, including syllabi. In the works is an encyclopedia like feature with entires on key events, people, institutions, and concepts in global environmental justice and related fields, such as political ecology, environmental human rights, gender, race and labor studies. Although the observatory is located at UC Santa Cruz, we aim to contribute to the growth of studies of Global Environmental Justice worldwide, and depend on you to make this initiative a success. If you are a student anywhere in the world, we invite you to volunteer with us. We offer opportunities to intern on the production of the journal, podcast and the resources pages. We also invite papers for the peer reviewed journal. Each submission must be accompanied by a letter from a faculty member endorsing the publication, and will be subject to further peer review. If you are a faculty member in any institution worldwide, we welcome an opportunity to work with you.
