All our reports are prepared in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) as promulgated by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation in America. Our reports are also prepared in accordance with the International Valuation Standards (IVSs) as promulgated by the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC) in the United Kingdom.
