Bereits seit 1989 wurde aus der Basis mehrerer Beratungsunternehmen heraus die Grundidee einer aus selbständigen Unternehmensberatern bestehenden, netzwerkartigen Unternehmensgruppe im Dienstleistungsbereich einer ganzheitlichen Unternehmensberatung entwickelt. Im Mittelpunkt stehen dabei nicht nur Consulting und Konzeption, Methodik und Strategie sondern auch deren Umsetzung und Realisation. Bedingt durch den zunehmenden demographischen Wandel und den daraus resultierenden personellen Konsequenzen wird die Projektumsetzung optional auch durch den verstärkten Einsatz von Interimsmanagern bzw. Managern auf Zeit ermöglicht.
Durch die moderne Organisationsstruktur in Form eines Lizenz- bzw. Franchise-Systems werden die über die Marke verbundenen selbständigen Beratungs- und Umsetzungsunternehmen durch zentrale Marketing- und Vertriebsmaßnahmen gezielt im Markt platziert. Somit kann nahezu jeder Kundenwunsch im modernen Management „aus einer Hand“ realisiert werden.

Das ganzheitliche Beratungsportfolio der Unternehmensberatung gliedert sich in die 3 Fachbereiche:
1. Marktorientierte Unternehmensführung, Kommunikation und Trainingssysteme
2. Prozessoptimierung, Organisation und Managementsysteme
3. Personalmanagement und -vermittlungssysteme,
wobei die IT- und Kommunikationstechnik in jedem Bereich mit integriert ist. Die Umsetzung erfolgt bei Bedarf mit Interim Management.
