Journey of an IT Consultant to a Financial Services Consultant.
I have been working in the IT industry for over 17 years before taking up the entrepreneurial journey and switching my career to Financial Industry. A successful friend of mine asked me an interesting question - If you continue to do what you are doing today, will anything change your life? Then I realized nothing would change. That was the incident that opened my mind to additional opportunities.
After a few days, an opportunity knocked on the door; it was an opportunity from the Financial Industry. Before embarking on the financial industry's entrepreneurial journey, I validated, checked, and asked myself if it is worth it? After a fact-check, I realized it is an opportunity in one of the largest, oldest, fastest-growing, and highly paid industries, the Financial Industry.
The more I realize the value of the opportunity, the more I enjoyed this journey and quit my 17-year IT career to go full time in the Financial Industry as a Financial Professional. After working for the past 3 years as an Entrepreneur and Financial Professional changed my life and my family’s destiny. I can proudly say, I found a vehicle that helped me attain financial freedom.
This is how I have transitioned from a struggling IT consulting career to a successful Entrepreneurship, and now helping many families to achieve the same success and financial freedom that I did.
