GNB E-Commerce Ventures was founded by Mr. Guy Naor and Mr. Ben Geva with the aim of being at the forefront of Israeli e-commerce innovation, via the provision of financial support, industry knowledge and the required experience to assist talented entrepreneurs to build successful businesses. With years of hands on experience in software technology and investments management, GNB is set to invest in the growing e-commerce market. GNB is the only group that specializes in early stage e-commerce investments that have been established in Israel. Our most important set of criteria is the human capital; as in visionary entrepreneurs who have the acumen and capability to scale up e-commerce companies with ground breaking technologies that meet real niche market needs. We're primarily interested in products and service areas where there is a definable market need and outstanding growth potential. We seek strong technical teams that know how to grow a business -by taking a vision and translating it into reality. Having said that, we operate in niche markets that are untapped by e-commerce giants/conglomerates. GNB's goal is to be in a dominant position in niche e-commerce markets within 3-5 years with a portfolio of top-notch solutions to answer all 5 categories that form the basis of the e-commerce industry: logistics, technology, marketing, data and commerce. Our investment strategy is concentrating in the following specific activities: Lowered rates of returns for e-commerce apparel, an improved SMBs performance marketing solution, advanced affiliates solutions, omnichannels, mobile social e-commerce, price trend algorithms, big data technology, merchant SaaS solutions.
