Die GNBF wurde am 01. März 2003 in Hamburg gegründet, ist im Vereinsregister des Amtsgerichtes Lüneburg eingetragen und vom Finanzamt als gemeinnützig anerkannt.
Die GNBF ist als einziger nationaler Verein den internationalen Natural Bodybuilding Dachverbänden PNBA (Professional Natural Bodybuilding Association) und der INBA Europe (International Natural Bodybuilding Association) angeschlossen und fördert wie diese das gesunde, dopingfreie Bodybuilding.
Die GNBF tritt für das natürliche Bodybuilding in Deutschland ein und möchte zu dessen Verbreitung beitragen. Wenn Du, lieber Besucher, bereits aktiv unseren Sport betreibst, dann weißt Du aus eigener Erfahrung um die vielfältigen positiven Auswirkungen des Bodybuildings auf die Gesundheit, Leistungsfähigkeit und das körperliche Erscheinungsbild. Dopingmittel wie zum Beispiel Anabolika, Wachstumshormone oder verschreibungspflichtige Diuretika haben im Natural Bodybuilding keinen Platz. Die GNBF stellt die ursprünglichen Erfolgsfaktoren des Bodybuildings wieder in den Vordergrund: Training, Ernährung, Erholung, Genetik und eine positive Einstellung zur Sache.
Das auch ohne den Gebrauch von Dopingmitteln herausragende Ergebnisse im Muskelaufbau zu erzielen sind, zeigen die Athletinnen und Athleten, die sich bei der GNBF Deutschen Meisterschaft in vorbildlicher Weise präsentieren. Ob Du persönlich den Gedanken des Leistungssports in den Vordergrund stellst oder Bodybuilding einfach aus Freude an der Bewegung machst - unterstütze auch Du mit Deiner Mitgliedschaft die Bewegung des Natural Bodybuildings in Deutschland!
