Men kan daarbij denken aan individuele begeleiding op het gebied van techniek, tactiek en mentale weerbaarheid. Niet alleen tijdens de trainingen, maar ook tijdens toernooien in binnen- en buitenland. Ook bij het optimaliseren van hun conditie door uitgebalanceerde voeding en fysieke training. Daarnaast door begeleiding op (para-)medisch gebied door in- en externe specialisten.
Om dit alles betaalbaar en dus haalbaar te houden voor de toptalenten brengt GO4SLAM vertegenwoordigers van het bedrijfsleven en tennissers met elkaar in contact via diverse initiatieven.
