My work encompasses suitability and profitability analyses, concepts for marketable units, financing, construction, investor reporting, and local as well as international marketing and sales of real estate properties in the upper mid- and luxury segments.
Construction of five building projects in Lugano,(aprox.120 milion) Switzerland. ;
I was responsible for analysis, cost estimate, guidelines for planning, selection of planning team, calculation/control of finance, creation and development of marketing strategies, monitoring tenders. was in charge of the overall communication and functioning of the various teams.
This included; organizing / leading team meetings throughout, and constant liaison with architects, construction workers, and varied other bodies involved in the projects. I was also responsible for sales and after sales.
