The tremendous growth in manufacturing and usage of single use items and packaging in our everyday life coupled with lack of awareness about solid waste recycling has made the pollution caused by solid waste to the environment is an obvious issue in Egypt.
Coupled with the growth of urban development and expansion in usage of landfills as a method of waste burial, solid waste is making a negative impact to the environment by creating hills of plastic and metal waste accompanied with Methane and carbon dioxide emissions that cause the global warming.

In order to reduce the environmental impact of any business, it is necessary to measure the volumes of waste and emissions generated by the business activity to be able to improve it day after day.

1. Improving the recycling rate of solid waste in Egypt.
2. Helping corporates manage their solid waste responsibly, improve their carbon footprint day after day and improve their CSR score.
3. Help recycling factories get a solid supply of recyclable material ready for re-use.
4. Helping our local economy by reducing the foreign currency amounts spent in import of raw materials and recyclables.
5. Creating jobs for the local workforce involved in all activities of Go Green.
6. Making our team members work in a healthy, safe and eco-friendly workplace.
