Located in the historic King Mansion at the Tarrytown House Estate, Goosefeather offers a unique dining experience that pays tribute to the flavors of Hong Kong. Our menu features noodles, Cantonese barbecue, and dumplings, reimagined by James Beard-nominated Chef Dale Talde. Known for his creative approach, Chef Dale incorporates unexpected ingredients like dry-aged beef and black truffles. Chef Dale Talde, a familiar face from Tastemade’s “All Up In My Grill” and Bravo’s “Top Chef,” brings his culinary expertise to Goosefeather. He has also appeared as a judge on “Chopped,” “Knife Fight,” and “Beat Bobby Flay.” His debut cookbook, "Asian American," reflects his innovative approach to traditional cuisine. Goosefeather is the first concept from Food Crush Hospitality, a partnership between Chef Dale and his wife, Agnes. Our venue boasts four distinct dining rooms, a 9-seat bar, and both indoor and outdoor lounge areas.
