1). Monthly capacity : 400 Tons/Month.
2). Grades Manufactured : CS, SS, Duplex, Super duplex, Heat Resistant, Ni – based grades or any customized grades.
3). NDT facilities : In house UT/ RT/MPT/DPT facilities.(We have both Ir 192 & Co 60 sources)
4). Testing facility : In house sand, chemical & mechanical properties testing lab.
5). Heat Treatment : In house HT facility of annealing, water quenching, normalizing, tempering, stress reliving etc.
6). Machining Facility : We can give fully machined ready to use casting.
7). Certifications & Approvals : BV Marine, DNV Marine, ABS Marine, Lloyd’s Register of Shipping, Class NKK, Russian Maritime Register of Shipping, PED & AD 2000 Merckblatt W0, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, IBR.
