The Moroccan shadow Youth Government (GPJ) is pleased to announce the release of the GPJ ambassadors initiative, which targets the Moroccan Youth all over the world. It is a non-governmental voluntary civil initiative that aims to involve young people in various national diplomatic tracks at the international level, to enhance their advocacy abilities as well as their contribution in accomplishing parallel diplomatic roles all around the world.
The GPJ ambassadors initiative provides, to the Moroccan Youth throughout the globe, the opportunity to monitor and evaluate public policies related to diplomatic work and the issues of Moroccan people living abroad also make suggestions for improvement.
تعلن حكومة الشباب الموازية إلى علم الشباب والشابات المهتمين بالعمل المدني والسياسي والدبلوماسي انه تقرر إطلاق مبادرة سفراء وسفيرات حكومة الشباب الموازية الموجهة للشباب المغاربة المقيمين بالخارج، وهي مبادرة مدنية تطوعية غير حكومية تهدف إلى تشجيع الشباب على الانخراط في المسارات الدبلوماسية الوطنية على الصعيد الدولي وتعزيز القدرات الترافعية لديهم وجعلهم مكون أساسي في القيام بالأدوار الدبلوماسية الموازية في مختلف دول العالم.
مبادرة سفراء حكومة الشباب الموازية هي فكرة طموحة، الغاية منها إتاحة الفرصة لشباب مغاربة العالم من أجل تتبع وتقييم السياسات العمومية ذات الصلة بالعمل الدبلوماسي وقضايا المغاربة المقيمين بالخارج وكذا إعطاءهم إمكانية تقديم مقترحات وبدائل في هذا الشأن.
إن ما أصبح يعرفه المغرب من هجرة للكفاءات الشابة إلى دول أجنبية يطرح علينا مسؤولية إعادة صلة الوصل بين الشباب المغاربة في دول الاستقبال وبين السياسات العمومية بالمغرب في مختلف تجلياتها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية والسياسية، والأمر يتطلب مشاركة حقيقية لجميع فعاليات المجتمع المدني والأحزاب السياسية وكل المهتمين بالشأن العام الوطني والدولي. فالمؤشرات اليوم، تؤكد غياب أي تواصل حقيقي بين الوطن والجيل الثالث لمغاربة العالم، وبالتالي كان لزاما علينا أن نؤسس لتعاقد جيلي جديد، مبني على ثقافة تواصلية ناجعة تؤطر الشباب وتربطهم بقضايا وقيم الوطن.
