GP&E’s HICs have various colors according to the indicating materials. The basic color is CDF type (Blue to Pink) and then CB type (Brown to Green). As Eco-friendly materials (cobalt free & heavy metal free) are CF type (Yellow to Green) and MF1 type (Green to Violet). The developed Eco-friendly HICs by GP&E is very high sensitive and accurate to indicate the relative humidity.
For more than 19 years, the big and major companies to lead Semiconductor Industries (Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, LG Innotek and many PCB companies) are using GP&E’s HICs to their business.
