Grace Chasers is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering teens and the communities that serve them. We take a social capital approach to tackling some of the tough issues many young people face today, utilizing youth projects, school partnerships, teen curriculum and family workshops to make a lasting difference. Our creative arts and personal development programs help teens grow the skills they need to impact their friends, family and community for good.
