Most in our trade just care about having "something" to talk about or sell. Whereas we CARE about doing research to get our customers the best products we can at a fair price. That is why we travel the world going to factories in Europe and Korea. We are Direct Importers on as much of our product line as possible, that is why we name our Factories that are part of our product "family " line. Why is there so much private label in this trade ? Because they mostly all buy from the same 4 Import houses here in Southern California. We have private label also, however, we want to build our business with our great factories that we Import from. Ask yourself, why do others only talk about their "private label" products? Because they can change factories at anytime. We are PROUD of our factories. With a branded product you have the Factory and the Importer invested in the quality and stability of tools. We are very aware of the need for professional communication and education in our trade. We WANT to talk with other professionals. We feel that listening to your concerns AND then sharing technical details and benefits of our factories will make you more efficient and therefore make you money.
