Grantable is the culmination of 13 years of grant seeking and making experience for local government, community groups, businesses and not-for-profits.
In that time I've had the privilege to attract over $7M in operational and capital grants to support community, councils, not-for-profits and businesses. I've worked with community and businesses to lift their 'grant-seeking game', coaching and editing their grant applications and reports. I've developed grant seeking plans, identifying grants for projects that align with organisational needs, priorities and budgets. I've managed over 120 grants worth more than $48M, undertaking grant administration tasks including monitoring/tracking timelines, supporting project managers, liaising with funders, report preparation and acquittal submissions. I've shared my experiences and knowledge through information sessions and workshops, providing community groups, not-for-profit organisations, businesses and local government officers with tools to improve their grant writing and management skills. I have significant experience writing and managing grants in the disaster recovery space.
As a pro-bono director of the Marysville and Triangle Community Foundation (now #FoundationMurrindindi) and in local government I wore my 'grant maker' hat to design and administer grant programs and assess applications.
I have well developed SmartyGrants and CAMMS Project skills.
