Then I found Chopra Global. I studied mindfulness and wellness and discovered the healing power that comes with peace of mind and fulfillment that was missing from my life.
I also discovered there are many, many women - too many - who are suffering as I did.
This is why I became a certified Workplace Wellbeing Trainer and Coach for high achieving women.
I'm driven by a commitment to make a difference in the world. There are more days when I'm winning than when I’m not.
