Furthermore, Dr. Gray understands that families often need additional assistance outside of school staff to navigate the support systems. She strives to help families understand the resources available while advocating for their children in and out of school. Dr. Gray’s approach is strengths-based and eclectic with roots in positive psychology and humanistic theories. This approach ensures youth feel understood, capable, and supported by helping them identify areas of need and treating them through identifying and utilizing their unique strengths.
