De energietransitie is in volle gang. Om de ambitie van emissieloze logistiek en mobiliteit waar te maken, zijn elektrische en waterstof aangedreven trucks en voertuigen nodig. Maar ook het verduurzamen van het huidige dieselwagenpark met hernieuwbare brandstoffen zoals HVO en bio-LNG speelt een belangrijke rol in de transitie naar zero-emissie. Om dit alles te faciliteren is een nieuw type tankstation nodig, een zogenaamde Clean Energy Hub.

Greenpoint is een innovatief tank en laad concept dat invulling geeft aan de energietransitie. Op logistieke knooppunten in heel Nederland realiseren wij Clean Energy Hubs met HVO fossielvrije diesel, Bio-LNG, snelladers en waterstof. Zo openden wij de afgelopen jaren al 15 Greenpoint multi-energy tankstations met CO-reducerende brandstoffen en (snel-)laadpleinen en namen wij 3 waterstof tankstations in gebruik.
Een greep uit het Greenpoint netwerk:
- 9 tankstations met HVO100 diesel voor vrachtverkeer
- 8 laadpunten voor elektrische voertuigen
- 2 tankstations met LNG en CNG
- 3 waterstof tankstations met 350 + 700 bar
Onze ambitie is om een landelijk netwerk van Clean Energy Hubs te creรซren, inclusief productie van groene waterstof uit lokale bronnen zoals wind- of zonneparken. Daarbij wordt steeds actief de samenwerking met lokale bedrijven opgezocht, bijvoorbeeld voor energielevering via zonnedaken of het creรซren van een klimaatneutraal bedrijventerrein.

Greenpoint is een initiatief van de Van Kessel Groep, een toekomstgericht familiebedrijf actief in de verkoop van (duurzame) brandstoffen en smeermiddelen en de exploitatie van tankstations. De afgelopen 100 jaar is het bedrijf van een รฉรฉnpersoons lampolie- en kolenhandel uitgegroeid tot een toonaangevende speler in de brandstoffenmarkt in Zuid-Nederland met inmiddels zoโn 100 medewerkers.
