The Ivaldi family has been producing wine in the region of Monferrato for over two hundred years. They have spread their knowledge of how to make the "yellow gold", the Moscato Passito wine, onto the nearby farmers and wineries, while still maintaining their own production and secret recipes.
Today they have passed the baton to the youngest heiress and entrepreneur in the area, and we have founded Gringhigna in 2022.
