The three core models of redevelopment of space are as follows-
TURNKEY CONSTRUCTION MODEL
Where the land is owned by the client and Grovy constructs the entire building from start to finish and all the client has to do is turn a key in a lock and entire the building.
JOINT-VENTURE/ COLLABORATION CONSTRUCTION MODEL
Where there is an agreement between the client and Grovy to construct on a joint basis.
OUTRIGHT MODEL
Where the land and the building is owned by Grovy and it sells it to the client.
