We work in the space between the switch from change → to transformation → towards empowerment. In various environments. We do this focusing on the impact of change on individuals, teams and companies, before during and after a transformation process. Through empowerment of the individual, our goal is to ensure that transformation will occur and that it will be maintained, as ongoing process. We are fueled by our great passion working with people and dealing with the human and intellectual impact brought about by change – whether this is sought or unsought. We strongly believe that people and our approach represent the foundation for success, when dealing with change and transformation. For us transformation is about accepting a new reality. But most of all, it is about shaping a new reality. It also means accepting not being able to control the process 100% and that the end-result, from time to time, could differ from the first assumptions. It means agility to modulate the original plan, which sometimes reveals new strengths, possibilities and ultimately opens new routes to growth! The process of transformation calls for an open-minded approach and a never-ending willingness to see things from a different point-of-view.
