Steve launched the Grow Physio Academy during the COVID-19 epidemic to offer an accessible e-learning platform to help assist individuals: students to advanced practitioners to virtually access sports injury management and build their clinical reasoning. He draws upon his six seasons working in Premiership Rugby to help you apply transferable practical skills to various clinical scenarios.
He recognises there is a real challenge with clinical placements and the medical department has been inundated with placement requests that unfortunately were rarely an option. He hopes Grow Physio Education will provide a platform to share his experiences and been created for anyone experiencing or managing sports injuries.
Grow's intention is to combine expertise and evidence to provide a strong foundation that stimulates individuals to generate their own ideas, get creative and safely progress with consistently positive outcomes.
