GrowUp Group è una realtà giovane e dinamica, specializzata nel Fundraising e nel Direct Marketing. Nata grazie all’impegno, alla passione ed alla perseveranza del CEO Mario Rosario Curcio, con un duplice obiettivo: creare opportunità di lavoro e di crescita professionale e, contestualmente, essere di supporto per gli enti umanitari. Dopo diverse esperienze come dipendente nel settore del marketing e delle vendite, in pochi anni l’obiettivo è stato raggiunto, ed il sogno del CEO di costruire qualcosa di personale è stato realizzato: nel 2015 viene fondata Grow Up Group Srls, una società nata come Marketing Company ad oggi consolidata come Provider in Direct Marketing, che vanta già importantissime collaborazioni con le maggiori organizzazioni umanitarie come EMERGENCY, MEDICI SENZA FRONTIERE, UNICEF, AIRC, ACTIONAID ed AISM.
Il forte legame con il territorio ha spinto il fondatore ad aprire la prima sede in Campania, a Napoli, in modo da poter di contribuire al rilancio ed allo sviluppo del Sud Italia, e di offrire lavoro a ragazzi e ragazze che hanno la necessità, ma soprattutto la voglia, di lavorare in un ambiente nuovo, stimolante e dinamico.
Oggi Grow Up Group è una realtà affermata, presente nelle più importanti città italiane: siamo a Roma, Milano e Bari, e prossimamente saremo anche a Firenze ed a Torino; una società che offre una vera e propria opportunità di lavoro e crescita professionale, in maniera del tutto meritocratica, che non si vuole fermare, ma che prova ogni giorno a diventare sempre più grande e più importante e che, di conseguenza, è sempre alla ricerca di nuove persone che abbiano gli stimoli e le ambizioni giuste.
