Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we experience in our lives. Together we will identify unhelpful patterns, reframe negative thoughts and build mindfulness as a tool to establishing healthy coping skills. I will help you reignite your motivation, discover perspective, and reconnect to the joy that you once had.

Would you like to experience greater harmony and joy into your home? Is it difficult for your family to address sensitive issues? I enjoy working with families that are seeking solutions to improve communication and reduce conflict. I utilize tools to instill healthy boundaries, build empathy and unite a family where each member feels seen and heard. I have experience addressing co-parenting issues and have a strong interest in working with individuals who are part of the adoption triad to process the joys and losses associated with adoption.
CHILDREN & PARENTS
Is your child struggling to regulate emotion? Are you a parent who would like more cooperation at home or to feel less like a "broken record" who makes the same requests? Do you want to find positive solutions to discipline? I work with children and parents to address behavioral concerns, and "big feelings". I use a developmental approach to tailor sessions and connect with children through each stage of development. It is important to honor a little person's thoughts and feelings through play, sensitivity and respect.
