GSD stands for "Get Shit Done". It encapsulates the working principles of being self-driven, operational in mindset, connected to customer needs, and not letting blockers stop you from delivering real business value.
How did the name come about?
The concept of GSD was jokingly used while working closely with a colleague to describe what was needed to move forward. When external dependencies prevented us from developing and delivering to our customers, we had to re-invent new ways of working. In our case, by leveraging citizen development technologies and co-developing new initiatives, we could shorten the time to market while giving greater control to our stakeholders.
