As per our name, we are 'Hands On' and run as a family business with Wendy Tapping, Founder and CEO, and her daughter Penny Tapping-Forbes, Digital & Operations Director. Our small team is effective and dedicated to growing Payroll Giving to the benefit of charities nationwide.
Payroll Giving is a voluntary scheme that allows employees to donate tax-free from their salary to any charity of their choice.
We help with implementing and running Payroll Giving schemes for businesses large and small. We work closely with our clients to maximise employee engagement, and deliver customised online and flexible benefit campaigns.
We work in partnership with all UK Payroll Giving Agencies to grow giving in the workplace. We make Payroll Giving accessible for employees to donate to any charity they wish, via a channel they are comfortable with.
