I. Investment Structuring – Hannam works with range of global alternative investment partners to arrange, structure, and distribute private investment opportunities to Hannam’s institutional clients. We have successfully arranged more than $500 million in investment capital since 2017. Hannam’s experience includes, but is not limited to, exclusive pre-IPO investment opportunities for institutional clients and family offices, launching one of the first European Asset Based Lending SPVs for Asian institutions, launching several European Bridge Loan Funds as well as other exclusive private debt investment deals.
II. Investment Advice and Portfolio Management – Hannam works closely with its affiliate partner Asset Management Firm, which also manages a Global Alternative Fund of Funds, a Global Secondary Opportunity Fund, and single-debt issue funds, to offer portfolio management and separately managed accounts.

Wealth Planning – Our deep understanding of the inherent complexities of managing multi-generational wealth and cross-border assets, as well as our robust network in the investment community will enable our clients to navigate the many nuances and stages of generational planning and cross-border asset management.
