Originally founded in 2009 the business changed hands in 2020 during the Covid19 Lockdown by two well-established Auckland Agents who pride themselves on presentation, process and communication.
Since the opening in late 2009, the business has established itself as a major player in the central Auckland landscape and continues to sweep a long list of significant awards for the sales achieved. The key to the business has been the culture within the organisation; the consultants working together for the benefit of the client, yet not compromising the individualised service that our clients require. We operate in a dynamic and fast-paced marketplace – the ability to deal with complex market issues gives us the edge when servicing discerning clients. Harcourts Twentythree has well established online systems that have made opening during a covid19 lockdown less of a challenge than it would have otherwise been. The agents with Twentythree all work well together sharing knowledge, idea's and contributing to a culture that is all about the client.
