Basis des Verrentungsangebotes von HausplusRente ist das deutsche Nießbrauchrecht, ein seit Jahrhunderten in Deutschland bewährtes Recht, das Eigentümern 100 %-ige Sicherheit bietet.
Das Nießbrauchrecht wird im Grundbuch an erster Rangstelle eingetragen, die Nutzungsrechte an der Immobilie sind damit lebenslang gesichert. Den Verkaufserlös erhalten die Kunden sofort in Form einer in der Regel steuerfreien Einmalzahlung. Auf Wunsch kann die Einmalzahlung ganz oder teilweise in eine private, sofort beginnende Rentenversicherung eingezahlt werden, um damit eine lebenslange Zusatzrente zu erhalten.
