To bridge this gap & strengthen the street vendors, reducing their all types of fear with boost in sales, We fellows from Lucknow designed 'Hawkar' that intends to amplify the link between street vendors, retails and citizens via a mobile application and small hardware integration for efficient system
"Hawkar" app will serve as a platform to bring more seamlessness in day-to-day engagement of customers, street vendors & retail stores considering the pandemic situation in past, it is in interest of mutual convenience. "This app has great promise in last mile connectivity of the market bringing fresh products and services to citizens' door or curbside, providing them an ease of access to all markets sitting their home & saving their heck of time & fuel.
For this we aim to increase mobile vendors across the city, for retails & street vendors (who can't mobile themselves) to provide door step or curbside facility we are focused to partner with e-rickshaw partners to deliver at customers location bringing them with best quality & fresh products that too in a very eco-friendly manner.
Our service aims to offer street vendors, Hawkers & Retail Stores an online presence through our platform & help them reach potential customers in a very convenient way, promoting their best locally made items to every person in or outside the city thus focusing & encouraging government initiative of 'vocal for local'.
