Hayden Real Estate was established in the gold mining town of Ballarat, Australia in 1928, Hayden Real Estate has grown to become a thriving multi office network throughout the country, with offices in Anglesea, Ballarat, Melbourne (Inner South East) and (CBD – North), Ocean Grove and Torquay.
We are growing quickly and are currently hiring in the areas of Property Management, Sales and Administration.
Senior Property Managers:
We only hire Property Managers with a minimum of four (4) years experience. We recruit, train and reward our property managers very well. We acknowledge that we typically look after our Landlord’s second most valuable asset (after the personal home). This is a big responsibility hence our emphasis on only recruiting the best property managers.
Sales Roles:
Our real estate office’s approach to selling real estate based on the Jenman and Pittard Training Group real estate sales systems.
In addition to financial rewards you will be part of the most ethical, respected and successful real estate system in Australia and New Zealand.
If you are of excellent character, if you own or you are buying your own home, if you live locally and you have no experience in real estate, we urge you to consider a career with us. We will invest the time and effort into training you into an excellent sales agent.
The entry requirements are high. You will be required to undergo intensive training using proven programs provided by the Pittard Training Group before you commence. You will need to pass a series of written and practical tests and you will have a three month trial period.
You will receive a salary of $77,000 (after an initial paid 3 month traineeship). As a salesperson you can receive bonuses based on performance, provided you follow our system. You should see your first full year’s income exceed $100,000.
