Kada je riječ o zapošljavanju radnika iz azijskih zemalja, važno je napomenuti da vrijeme dolaska radnika obično traje od 4 do 6 mjeseci. U skladu s našim ciljem pružanja vrhunske usluge, HEADHUNTER d.o.o. nudi sveobuhvatnu podršku u procesu pribave radnika.
Osim pronalaska odgovarajućih kandidata, rješavamo i kompletnu papirologiju koja uključuje sastavljanje ugovora o radu, pribavu testa tržišta rada, izdavanje radnih dozvola i viza, kao i sve ostale potrebne dokumente i birokraciju.
Ugovor o radu s radnikom koji posredujemo je na određeno vrijeme, na godinu dana, s otkaznim rokom od mjesec dana. Plaća NKV radnika je minimalna plaća propisana za rad u Republici Hrvatskoj, a radnici su spremni obavljati i prekovremeni rad sukladno pozitivnim pravnim propisima Republike Hrvatske.
Također, važno je osigurati stan i hranu za radnike.
